Capital TRUST Securities (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in 1990 and its principal business functions are stock broking, internet trading and equity research.

The company's team of stock brokers serve over 60,000 clients including most high net worth individuals and major corporate bodies as well as many institutions - both local and foreign. The company is fortunate to employ many stock brokers who have successfully structured and executed a majority of strategic investments in the Colombo Stock Exchange.

With the correct leadership and high professionalism displayed by the entire team, the company is constantly looking at newer avenues of development and has thus far proved to be one of the most sought after stock broking companies in the country. Rusi Captain - 20%

An entrepreneur and an investor in the Sri Lankan corporate sector, Rusi Captain brings with him a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of business experience in a range of sectors. His current business interests include paints, garments, industrial gloves, cutting and polishing diamonds, plastics and other packaging.

He is the Co-Founder and a Director of Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd., Asia Capital Ltd., Dutch Lanka Trailers Ltd., Asia Siyaka Ltd., and Asian Alliance Insurance Ltd.

He is a Director of CIC and HNB and was a former Director of JKH. His family’s shareholdings include approximately 54% of CIC , 27% of JKH, 10% of HNB, 10% of NDB. Rusi Captain was educated at the University of Miami, Florida.
